As part of the ongoing Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, painting and essay competitions were organised today at various schools across Kakching district by the Zonal Education Office, Kakching, under the supervision of the District Administration, Kakching.
A total of 313 students, including 146 boys and 167 girls, participated in the competitions held under the theme “My Vision of Viksit Manipur — 2047.”
The competitions were conducted at 19 schools across the district, providing students an opportunity to express their ideas and aspirations for the future development of Manipur through art and writing.
Participating schools included Hiyanglam Primary School, Langmeidong Primary School, Pallel Maningching Primary School, Hiyanglam Mayai Ibetombi Primary School, Hiyanglam Turelmanbi Primary School, Keirak Primary School, Hiyanglam Makha Primary School, Laimanai Primary School and Hiyanglam Awang Primary School.
Other participating institutions were Keirak Awang Primary School, Langmeidong Maning Leikai Primary School, Lamjao New Primary School, Kakching Khunou New Primary School, Hawairou Primary School, Nungoo Khongyam Primary School, Sugnu Higher Secondary School, Kakching Khullen New Primary School, Kakching Khunou Chekshapat Primary School and Arong Khunou Primary School.
The competitions formed part of the district-level activities being organised under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.
